Seminar: Carbon Free Food?

This afternoon seminar, hosted by LSx (the London Sustainability Exchange) will explore the latest developments in reducing the environmental impact of London's food and drink sector, sharing the learning from 'Greener Food', the first pan-London project to systematically green this sector. Key sessions will consider: Healthy and sustainable food in the capital; the environmental impact of food; 'How Greener Food helped me'; and the Bottom Line. The seminar aims to be of value to organisations providing support to business, businesses with an interest in reducing carbon, waste and/or water use, and anyone with an interest in improving resource efficiency.
